Children are an integral part of our life together at the United Church.

Children are an integral part of our life together at The United Church.

We all learn from the insights our children bring to our faith community, offering a safe place to wonder, challenge, and grow. We also provide regular resources for families and suggestions for faith development at home.

Children are always welcome at the Communion Table.

Nursery care is available in the Christian Education Building for children from birth through age 4 during worship and education hours.

Sunday school classes are available for children ages 5 and older at the 11:00am hour.

Bible Quest Classes

On Sundays during the school year Bible Quest offers an exploration of Scripture stories using the rotation model of learning. Each month students in grades K-5 experience a different approach to the same story through:

art workshops
science experiments
cooking
drama
games
music

We start our session in the library of the CE Building at 11:00am.

The Bible Quest classes are covering the parables of Jesus during the spring semester, looking for life applications like service, compassion and forgiveness.

Classes for age 5 and up are in the library of the CE Building on the top floor.
